We are grateful for our Sunrise Valley Elementary School principal, Mr. Kevin West and our assistant principal, Ms. Ashley Younger. Mr. West and Ms. Younger are instructional leaders. They each bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Sunrise Valley community. They set the tone in the building which is why we have such a warm, caring, and respectful environment at Sunrise Valley. Our principals have worked tirelessly to support staff and students, and they demonstrate great flexibility as we navigate through the complexity of the COVID-19 pandemic. They don't seek recognition but seek to make our school a place where every student shines. Our principals constantly put others first, so that is why it is so important to us staff members to recognize our great leaders. You can help us celebrate our amazing principals this week by sending them a thank you note.
